On a narrow, elongated plot, surrounded by suburban Greek villas, the S*M House distinguishes itself through volumetric play. A ground floor barrier parallel to the street, establishing a spatial buffer, allowing an inner courtyard to emerge beneath the suspended upper volumes. Lush planting wraps the composition, forming a dense, living screen that filters views, softens light, and secures privacy.
