A few weeks ago we shared the first demo of our 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽. The feedback made one thing clear: crews and operators don't just need a risk assessment tool — they need the entire enclosed-space workflow in one place. 🚢
So we built it.
We are pleased to introduce the 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽 — the complete, all-in-one solution for enclosed space safety, risk and compliance.
Grounded in IMO Resolution MSC.581(110) (in force since 27 June 2025), the app now brings everything required for a compliant enclosed space entry into a single, guided, offline application.

What's new since the first demo
✅ A complete Entry Permit module — not just the assessment, but the formal permit to enter
✅ A guided two-phase flow — the permit unlocks only once the risk assessment is complete
✅ Live atmosphere-reading checks against regulatory limits — oxygen, flammable and toxic gases, CO₂, H₂S and CO
✅ Built-in safety logic — the permit cannot be completed while any reading is out of limits or any check is incomplete
✅ Signed PDF exports for both the risk assessment and the permit — audit-ready for vessel files and inspections 📋
✅ Vessel reference documents embedded and viewable directly within the app
✅ Fully offline operation on any onboard laptop 💻

This demo has been developed for bulk carrier operators. ⚓ A dedicated version for tanker operators is already in development and will follow shortly. 🔜

Enclosed space entry is one of the highest-risk routine operations on board. Our objective is to make the entire process — reference, assessment and permit — faster, more consistent and fully traceable, so crews can focus less on paperwork and more on the checks that genuinely protect lives.
