The arhcitecture of Cosme mirrors a traditional Greek Parian village, using classic whitewashed structures that embrace crisp, clean, and minimalist lines.

When we envisioned our goal wasn’t just to build a hotel, but to create an extension of Milos itself, a sanctuary that honors the island’s raw volcanic soul, architectural restraint, and quiet rhythm.

From the minimalist interiors informed by local minerals to the curated experiences exploring the island’s wild western half, Eréma was born out of a deep respect for nature and slow, conscious travel. It is a space where architecture meets the local rhythm, offering our guests a true connection to the destination.
