Focal Project Managers is seeking an experienced Design Manager/Senior Architect for luxury resort development projects. The role involves leading and coordinating the design process from concept through construction documentation, managing consultants, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, and supporting design issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should hold a degree in Architecture, have at least 10 years of experience in design management or multidisciplinary coordination. Excellent Greek and English communication skills are required.
