“The FNL Awards are considered to be among the most prestigious Greek awards regarding restaurants in Greece. ⭐️
I am very honored that our work at Atole is appreciated, bearing in mind that one of our tasks is to change the perception, the Greek public has on Mexican gastronomy, that is, its difference from the Tex-Mex one.
I am very happy that mr. Deligiannis (), mr. Mitselis () and of course our beloved mrs.Tsichlaki, understood from the beginning and encouraged us to keep this identity, our identity as Atole, a true Mexican restaurant in the heart of Athens.

Black or purple carrots have a distinct earthy and sweet flavor like no other root vegetable.
At atole, we slow roast them in our wood-fire oven and serve them with our own salsa macha and an acidic sesame crema full of Mexican spices 🔥
