According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the tallest rose bush, grown in California, was 18 feet, 8 inches tall. But averagely they tend to grow from 6 to 8 feet tall. Reason Behind why, roses are growing tall is that, when they aren't receiving enough equal sunlight, or they haven't been cut recently enough. Roses are fast-growing plants and when they aren't getting enough light they are encouraged to grow.
