Regarding the latest NOTAM update kindly be informed that all international passengers travelling to Greece must fill mandatory Online PLF form (passenger location form) on HTTPS://TRAVEL.GOV.GR (in addition to the form distributed onboard) 48 hours prior to check-in and receive QR code on their mobile. At check-in counter, if the passenger does not present QR code, he should be denied boarding.

Protocol for Arrivals in Greece - travel.gov.gr Beginning July 1, 2020, the Greek government has determined how the country will welcome travellers, carry out the necessary diagnostic screening and keep everyone safe throughout the season.

Emirates will launch a new daily service from Dubai to Newark Liberty International Airport via the Greek capital city starting on March 12.

The new route adds to Emirates existing four daily flights between Dubai and New York’s JFK airport by offering global travellers with another convenient access point to the popular New York metropolitan area.

Emirates’ new Dubai-Athens-Newark flight will also provide a year-round non-stop daily service between the United States and Greece – a service that does not exist today and has not existed since 2012. The airline will operate a wide-body Boeing 777-300ER on the route, offering eight seats in first, 42 in business and 304 in economy class, as well as 19 tonnes of belly-hold cargo capacity.

Emirates flight EK209 will depart Dubai at 10:50 local time, arriving in Athens at 14:25 before departing again at 16:40 and arriving into Newark at 22:00 on the same day. The return flight EK210 will depart Newark at 23:45 local time, arriving in Athens the next day at 15:05. EK210 will depart once again from Athens at 17:10 bound for Dubai where it will arrive at 23:50.

ΕΠΙΤΡΕΠΟΜΕΝΟ ΟΡΙΟ ΣΥΝΑΛΛΑΓΜΑΤΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΑΞΙΔΙΑ ΣΤΟ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΟ

Σύμφωνα με το ΦΕΚ αρ. φύλλου 1561 που εκδόθηκε στις 24 Ιουλίου 2015 θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι το επιτρεπτό όριο συναλλάγματος σε ευρώ ή άλλο νόμισμα για ταξίδια εκτός Ελλάδος, ανέρχεται πλέον σε 2.000 Ευρώ ανά άτομο ανά ταξίδι (εξαιρούνται οι μόνιμοι κάτοικοι εξωτερικού). Σας παραθέτουμε παρακάτω απόσπασμα του ΦΕΚ, για ενημέρωσή σας:

«Επιτρέπεται ειδικώς η μεταφορά χαρτονομισμάτων σε ευρώ ή και σε ξένο νόμισμα έως του ποσού των ευρώ δύο χιλιάδων (2.000) ή του ισόποσου σε ξένο νόμισμα ανά φυσικό πρόσωπο και ανά ταξίδι στο εξωτερικό, έως την έκδοση της προβλεπόμενης στην παράγραφο 17 του παρόντος άρθρου πράξη του Διοικητή της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος. Από τον περιορισμό του προηγούμενου εδαφίου εξαιρούνται οι μόνιμοι κάτοικοι εξωτερικού.»

Αυξάνονται οι πτήσεις της Austrian Airlines προς την Αθήνα
Οι αυστριακές αερογραμμές ανακοίνωσαν την επέκταση, από τις 29 Απριλίου 2015, του προγράμματος των πτήσεων τους Βιέννη-Αθήνα-Βιέννη κατά τέσσερις την εβδομάδα, φθάνοντας συνολικά τις ένδεκα πτήσεις εβδομαδιαίως.
