The best time to visit is on a weekday, early in the morning. Pre-order your tickets online to skip the queue. Arrive at the main entrance 30 minutes before the gates open.

The Acropolis opens at 8am. Closing time varies each season, so try arrive before 4 or 5pm to ensure you get to see it!
