This workshop, part of the Memory Makers project, equips young people with the knowledge and tools to better understand the importance of memory preservation and the impact on often underrepresented groups.
Participants will learn best practices for ethically interviewing, alongside sound recording techniques to ensure high-quality oral history documentation. Expert voices from journalism, academia, law, and lived experience will guide every dimension of this work.
Registration is free and open to students, researchers, journalists, educators, and anyone committed to the preservation of historical memory.
The seminar will be held online via MS Teams in English
