This week our youth monitors bioblitzed joined by Prior Park School πŸ¦€

Nautilus Marine Science Studies 🌊

Awe and wonder at Camp Bay with Notre Dame pupils πŸ’™

They had an opportunity to interact with some of our fascinating marine invertebrates through our catch, learn and release program πŸ¦€πŸ™πŸͺΌπŸšπŸ¦‘

This reconnection with nature is vital in order to instill a passion for our marine wildlife in our future generations who will in no doubt do so much better than we have in protecting our beautiful coastline πŸ™

Not all learning takes place in a classroom and the great outdoors in this small corner of the world we are blessed to call home, deserves our respect and protection πŸ’™

World Ocean Day, our staple event of the year took place on Monday at Sunborn Gibraltar

Themed "Where Youth Lead, Oceans Win" the ceremony filled up the Aurora Ballroom with over 350 people attending.
The school competiton was a resounding success yet again πŸ³πŸ¬πŸ‹

Over four hundred entries were submitted across all the categories and the standard blew the judging panel away!
After much deliberation, we present this year's winners πŸ†

The Nautilus team convey their most heartfelt gratitude to all the participants, pupils and teachers for their hard work throughout the year - the quality of the entries improve year on year πŸ’™

A huge shout out to all the sponsors that have supported our Nautilus Blue Week 🌏
