We’re looking for an Internal Auditor to join the team at Trusted Novus Bank, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen governance, manage risk, and support operational excellence across a dynamic banking environment.

If you’re commercially minded, detail-focused, and ready to grow your career within a forward-thinking bank, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential:
• 3+ years’ experience in internal/external audit, risk, compliance, or finance
• Exposure to control testing, risk assessment, and assurance methodologies
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred but not essential

Desirable:
• Experience in a regulated banking environment
• Knowledge of AML, prudential risk, treasury, or operational risk
• Exposure to regulatory reviews or supervisory engagements

Qualifications:
• Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience essential
• CIA (full or part qualified), ACCA / ACA / CA, CFA, or relevant legal/regulatory qualifications advantageous
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, or similar preferred
