The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximises customer retention .The responsibilities of this role will be to provide exceptional service and customer support during field visits and/or remote sessions, diagnose errors/technical problems and determine solutions, have excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of end-user desktop support and basic network support.
