📺: A Very English Scandal 💌: Amazon Prime 🍅: 97% ⏰: 1 season (mini series), 3 episodes, 55 minutes 📂: This one came out two years ago, and I never got around to watching it until recently - but have always heard great things. It’s an easy watch, and for anyone who loves British television - you’ll really enjoy this. The series is based on the true story of Jeremy Thorpe, a member of Parliament who, in 1979, was tried and later acquitted of conspiring to murder his ex-lover, Norman Scott. Scandal everywhere, and the series does a great job of unraveling the story and painting the picture of what life like was back in the 60’s/70’s for closeted gay men. I really enjoyed it, connected quickly to the story and learned something along the way. At only 3 episodes, you can binge in no time. 🔥🗣 Have y’all seen this? What did you think?
