THE EFFECTIVE USE OF ELECTRIC KETTLE

Many electronic devices and appliances include a label or tag that identifies how much energy the item uses. The energy rating is usually measured in power used per hour, either by watts or kilowatts.
The average modern electric kettle uses between 1500 to 2000 watts per hour (Wh). However, the use of a data logger inside a heating kettle reveals that energy measurements are related to the process of heating the water inside the kettle.
It may require up to 3000 (Wh) to heat the water from cold to boiling.
It is also important to remember that older-model kettles may use more power than a modern kettle.

NOTE THESE:

*1* , Do not use electric kettle uncovered.

*2* , Heat the specific quantity of water needed at a time.

*3* , Heating a kettle full of water when all the water is not needed is a waste of energy.

*4* , The use of LPG (Gas) in heating water is cheaper as compared to electricity.
