DEMENTIA is a term used to describe a decline in cognitive function including memory loss, difficulty with communication, problem solving, and other thinking skills.
It is mostly associated with ageing, however, DEMENTIA is not a normal part of aging but a brain condition that anyone can develop at any age.
There are things we can do to reduce our risk of getting dementia;
1. Learning something new
2. Socialise often
3. Keep your mind active
4. Wear a helmet ⛑️ where appropriate

It is recommended that one should have at least 150 minutes moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week.

* Dancing
* Domestic duties like sweeping...
* And other sporting activities
