A woman driving a Toyota Fortuner with registration number GN-9212-17 at Ashaley Botwe has reportedly refused to transport a motorbike rider to the hospital after her vehicle was involved in a crash with him.
Residents were later seen intervening and forcing her to assist in taking the injured rider to the hospital.
