Keto Breakfast Recipe

1. Egg Salad
Serves 6
Ingredients
1/3 cup of finely minced white onion
½ cup of mayonnaise
12 large eggs
1-teaspoon salt
½-teaspoon ground mustard
2 tablespoons melted butter
1-teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Place eggs in a pot of water. Let this boil for 10 minutes,
pour the water from the pot, and replace it with cold water.
Let the eggs sit in the water for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Take out the eggs and peel them. Using an egg slicer, chop
the eggs into ¼-inch pieces. Add the remaining ingredients
and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Total carbs: 1g

Hey there everyone, thought of sharing this piece in this space. Looks like the outbreak of this pandemic has brought so much folly to humanity.

Restrictions in our movements, slowing down of our businesses and probably the loss of a loved one. So much pain to recount.

But I believe there's always a little taint of positivity in negativity. Look out for such...

1. Probably you've gotten the chance in a long while to spend quality family time. Increasing the bonds of love between yourself, spouse and children. POSITIVE

2. You've been able to develop a beneficial skill you never thought you'd ever develop. POSITIVE

3. You've gotten the chance to follow through on probably an exercise routine or beauty routine you couldn't stick firmly to formally.

In general you've taken a break from life although not dead, to observe life from an objective standpoint.

May it be your lot to come out of the pandemic a really defined and refined soul. Stay blessed.
