Eugene Ocansey joins Access Bank Ghana with more than 21 years of industry experience, 18 of which have been spent in senior leadership roles. His career spans Ghana Commercial Bank, where he began as a Management Trainee, Prudential Bank Ghana Limited, and Stanbic Bank Ghana, where he rose to the role of Acting Head, Personal and Private Banking.

Across these institutions, Eugene led initiatives in retail distribution, customer experience, business development, and digital transformation, building a reputation for delivering results in complex and competitive environments.

He holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Tourism from the University of Cape Coast. He has also attended several executive programmes at globally renowned institutions, including Cambridge, Oxford, and Henley Business School.
