Call for Directors application

In accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2019, Act 992, Banks and Specialized Deposit-Taking Institution Act-2016, Act 930 as explained in the Corporate Governance Directive of Bank of Ghana (BoG) for Rural and Community Banks and Nandom Rural Bank Limited Board Chart.
NANDOM RURAL BANK LIMITED CALLS FOR INTERESTED SHAREHOLDERS TO APPLY TO JOIN THE BOARD

1. Board Requirements
A shareholder must have a qualification in at least one of the following disciplines: Banking, Auditing, Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Communication Technology, Entrepreneurship, Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance

2. Procedure for appointment of a Director to the Board;
a. Formal application with the following attachments
1. Completed Shareholder Nomination Form
2. Ecowas ID (Ghana Card)
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
4. Copies of Certificates of Education as indicated in your CV
5. Three passport Size Photographs.
6. Letter of Consent to Educational Institutions to permit access to transcripts and other confidential documents

b. Elections at AGM,
In addition, you are required after being elected at AGM to provide a Tax Clearance Certificate (To be issued by the nearest Ghana Revenue Authority Office). Within one month after your election to be forwarded to BoG for approval.
Applicants are required to submit their applications on or before 31st July, 2025.
