Employment generation is at the core of HGL Ghana Limited. Thus, we believe that we can GROW GHANA by both producing high quality rice for the nation and contributing to the erosion of unemployment within the Ghanaian economic landscape.

HGL currently has thirty-eight (38) employees, sixty-two (62) casual employees made up of both farm labour and factory hands), and two hundred and seventy (270) outgrowers who generate about two thousand five hundred (2.500) direct jobs.
