Kontomire with ripe plantain one of my favorite meal because its so easy to prep. Things you need: Ripe Plantain
Kontonmire
Egg
Red oil(zoomi)
Kpakposh*to (2 fingers used)
Ginger
Mumuni
Garlic
Onion
Salt to taste
Method
Peel your ripe plantain and cut into halves or desired sizes
Put on heat together with washed kontonmire and egg,boil until cooked but take out kontonmire after 2-3 minutes
While kontonmire is on fire take your earthenware and grind pepper, onion, ginger,garlic and salt then add kontonmire.
Heat red oil and add mumuni and sliced onion
Pour oil on the grinded kontonmire
Your stew is ready serve with ripe plantain. Viola #
