Tips for taking care of the elderly

Is your relative, friend or client bed ridden? Turn them in bed every 2 hours to avoid bed sores.
Remember: the skin of the elderly is fragile and prone to abrasions and sores. Keep their skin well moisturized, keep pressure off by turning them and supporting with a pillow 💜🍀
