Coco Snob

As everyone knows I am the guy you go to when you need a chocolate fix. What we serve is not for the faint of heart because we go hard when it comes to chocolate. It’s always intense, so intense even people who claim they are chocolate lovers say it’s too rich and too chocolatey. I didn’t know chocolate could be too chocolatey 😅. Oh and all this without that bitter chocolate taste. Clearly we’ve earned the name Coco Master.

Now let me introduce you to an elevated version of The Coco Baptism brownies. These brownies are basically chocolate fudge. If cheesecake had a black bestie it would be this, they literally melt in your mouth. Paired with our house made Chocolate hazelnut spread trust me you are in for one hell off a crack chocolate dessert I kid you not.

It doesn’t get more rustic than this 😍🤩! Sourdough will test your patience, herh but me I don’t give up like that! I thought I was a patient baker but I realised naaa sourdough humbled me. Four attempts, 17 loaves, done for two weeks but felt like a month. I was darn frustrated had to pause, read more and call in divine guidance. Swipe>>> to see the beautiful pillowy crumb.

When the madam requests premium Hazelnut milk chocolate you quickly enter the lab and create a master piece. We like to keep it authentic so fresh ingredients all the way. They are so fresh the cocoa beans and hazelnuts were roasted by yours truly. This isn’t milk chocolate for ‘children’ not at all. 50% dark milk chocolate leaning towards more beans rather than cocoa butter. With a light to medium roast (or should I say boujie roast) because there’s a fine line between dark roast and burnt beans and we don’t like burnt beans 😅. Even out 50% dark chocolate (we use in out brownies and cookies) gives a warm fuzzy feeling with no bitterness 😉.

Ombré, scalloped sides, pearls and some flowers is all it took to make this look so darn cute and pretty 💜.
