Call for Volunteers – Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Volunteer

We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join our team. The Monitoring and Evaluation Volunteer will support impact measurement, data collection, and performance tracking of ACEYE’s programs and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support the development of simple plans to track project goals and results.
-Assist in designing data collection tools such as surveys and interview guides.
-Assist in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
-Track project progress using key performance indicators.
-Support impact assessments and learning reports.
-Assist in developing dashboards and simple data visuals.
-Assist in storytelling and creating infographics to communicate impact.

Requirements:
-Background in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and data analysis.
-Good analytical and report writing skills.
-Ability to work with data and track project performance.
-Interest in measuring impact and supporting policy and program improvement.

Applicants must be residing in Accra, Ghana.
