Title: Deal with Overfamiliarity
Word Focus: Matthew 13:52–58
Some people are suffering today because they’ve undermined and despised those whom Heaven sent to be a blessing to them.
Overfamiliarity hinders the flow of power and blessings. It destroys valuable relationships if not properly managed.
Even Jesus Christ could not perform many miracles in His hometown—why? The people were too familiar with Him. They thought they knew Him too well.
Friends, the carpenter you know today could be your savior tomorrow. Never underestimate anyone—or you may live to regret it.
To truly benefit from God-ordained relationships, you must set healthy boundaries that protect your heart from becoming too familiar.
It is dangerous to become overly familiar with your pastor, boss, parents, or anyone God uses to counsel you. If you want to do well in life, honor must remain.
Sometimes, these people may look ordinary, but they are the very ones God has chosen to bless you. Recognize the place and value of such people in your life—and protect those relationships.
One dangerous sign of overfamiliarity is when offense arises easily over small issues.
The people in Jesus’ hometown were offended when they realized who He truly was.
📖 May the Lord grant you grace to overcome the spirit of overfamiliarity, in Jesus’ name.
Shalom!

Topic: _Learn the secret of contentment._
Desire is natural, but it is never fully satisfied.
Today you may long for one thing; tomorrow, it may be something else. The human heart remains restless when it seeks fulfillment in possessions, people, or things. That restlessness can lead you to compromise your faith.
In life, learn to be content with what God has given you at any particular time, trusting that what you have is enough for where you are.
Contentment doesn't mean settling for less—it means waiting in peace for divine timing.
