It’s not about you.
The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind, or even your wildest dreams and ambitions. If you want to know what you were born for, look beyond your family, your career, or your personal goals. Your purpose is bigger than that.

You have something far greater to give to the world. Do not look down on yourself. Deep within you lies a greater purpose: to make an impact on humanity. Never limit yourself to your surroundings. You have something to offer for the betterment of the continent of Africa.

Don't give up on yourself, and don't give in to excuses. Reassemble your thinking. Go out there and give your best—then better your best.

You have greatness within you. The continent and the world are waiting. We are in this together.

The African Dream is your dream, my dream, and our dream.

Today, Thursday, 12th February 2026, the maiden session of the Academic Tenacity Mentoring Program was held at West Africa JHS. The event was organized by the Guidance and Counseling Unit of the La-Nkwantanang Municipal Education Directorate.

The program is designed to support final-year JHS students in making informed academic and career decisions while equipping them with the tools and guidance needed to prepare effectively for their examinations.

Students were encouraged to embrace core values such as respect, hard work, patience, and persistence. Parents were also motivated to provide unwavering support to their children during this critical stage of their academic journey.

The event recorded the participation of over 60 parents and 250 final-year JHS students.

Building a purpose-driven student body for a brighter future in Ghana is a shared responsibility. It requires collective effort and commitment to create the future we envision.

The Academic Tenacity Mentoring Program seeks to empower students with both the mindset and skillset necessary for success.
