My Review:

Mark Manson a superstar blogger in this self help book bluntly and unrepentantly tells us to limit our positive view of life to aid us live better and happier lives.

He takes us on a journey of not trying to try although we are always choosing. When we decide not to choose we are still choosing.

He encourages readers to question their beliefs about everything in this life as we form these beliefs ourselves.
Not giving a fu*k does not mean that you live a carefree life with no values.
It employed you to care more about things that matter in your life so you can make meaning of all the clatter that exist around us.

The book promotes "self" without caring about anything else.
Accepting your limitations for a better, healthier life is a theme that runs through the book.

The book is filled with ruthless humour, entertaining stories and profane that slaps you right in the face to awaken you tho what really matters in this life until the sunny side of death shows up.

If you want reward in life you must want the struggle as well.
I highly recommend this book to you because I have read it.
