MTN Ghana:
At the core of our operations is the use of data to prepare invoices and reach our customers.
I have loads of data paid for and currently redundant because MTN fibre broadband has been done since Sunday.

There is a WhatsApp fibre broadband customer service number managed by MTN which is also supposed to be a hotline. Whenever you need support, messages are not responded to and there is no human intervention when you call.....after staying in wait for days not minutes or hours.

Going to the customer service centre @ OSU will not help either...because they will tell you they have sent an email to those who are supposed to attend to you....so be on standby for a call....

So for almost 72hrs, broadband services from MTN Ghana is zero and the support needed to restore service is also zero.

I have only within the last few minutes contacted my customer who works with MTN, and he has promised the Engineers will call tomorrow.

If not then I am at the mercy of another lousy customer service company making so much profit but absent when you need the support to grow/sustain your business in a very challenging economy.

Do we as a people need to know someone who can influence a system which is supposed to run devoid of this family and friend syndrome.

What is the essence of this MTN business mantra when it cannot support businesses.
..and to wrap it up for hours today the MTN server was done and I think possibly the day before so you cannot register your details with the Ghana card....and my associate from abroad couldn't get a sim card either because of the same excuse.

MTN...you need to wake up and provide much better services.
