EL-ROI: THE GOD WHO SEES ME

For Meditation:
Genesis 16:1-16

"... “You are the God who sees me," for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.” (V.13)

In the passage, we witness three people make serious mistakes:
1. Sarai, who took matters into her own hands and gave her servant to Abram;
2. Abram, who went along with the plan but, when circumstances began to go wrong, refused to help solve the problem; and
3. Hagar, who ran away from the problem.
But in spite of this messy situation, God demonstrated His ability to work in all things for good.

Verses 13-15 is an answer for Hagar and a rebuke and a lesson for Abram and Sarai that no problem is too complicated for God if you are willing to let Him help you.The Lord…
