How do we learn to connect with the universe inside us? By being still, listening to your emotions, understanding how to distinguish the noise from the inner soul. Differentiating between that which is of spirit, soul, and outside noise is pertinent to following a path of sound direction. Listening to your emotions and how you feel about yourself, environment, or a situation as opposed to listening to rhetoric, cliches, past ideals which are no longer relevant and have served their purpose for that point in time is a level of mastery and spiritual discipline that is not honed overnight, yet essential for soul growth. Sometimes, moving past circumstances takes faith, perseverance, discipline, fortitude, and courage. Other times, it takes concentration, quietness, and strength in the form of positive affirmations and exhortation of your soul's purpose that is unwavering and grounded in the fact that you are who you are because of the Creator. Never be afraid to be at peace with how you came to be and who you are in the aspect of Divine creation with balance and unconditional love.
