Overtraining syndrome can affect all training individuals from beginners to professional athletes.
Keep in mind the symptoms so you can be aware to avoid overtraining, and therefore avoid injuries, setbacks, plateauing... and even to prevent reaching a point where you are not happy with your training and lose motivation.
Listen to your mind and your body and allow them to take a break if they need it. You'll come back to exercise refreshed and energized.

Everyone of us is capable of getting better.
That includes and is not limited to achieving a healthier bodyweight, a better body composition, and a better set of habits.
For once try to get rid of your self-limiting beliefs and the stories that you tell yourself that label who you think you are, and try to open yourself up to the endless possibilities of getting better.
Your destination is not predetermined, you choose yours.
It is never too late to start and remember you are the best project worth working on.
Set a goal, believe in yourself, every small step will count till you reach a point where you will have a breach and have a glimpse of what you are capable of, and there everything will change.

Having problems gaining muscle can be sometimes annoying to both trained and beginners not knowing where the problem is.
There is many issues that need to be addressed in this matter, ranging from nutrition to how to train, rest...
It can be one matter alone or many combined.
Make sure that you are aware of these issues to put your gaining program right on track.

What is your goal?!
Set yours, and use all your available resources to achieve it.
If it is the gym so hit it, work so upgrade your plan.... always put that step forward and push your limit, it is where own growth is waiting, and when you feel tired just remember what is your goal and stay consitent and eventually you will make it💪🏻
