Theres more work involved in the Preparation then you may think.
1. From removing all the old Mortar joints
2. Spliting the stone to Allow for the perfect size joint Continuous. Where stone shouldn't be touching stone.
3. Pointing the joints, i Personally prefer NHL 3.5 lime too two sharp sand.
Not no Mention how much time is spent Through the day keeping the wall damp with Hessian Coverings + Making or creating Shade to keep Out Of direct sunlight Allowing the wall to take its time to naturally dry out. Point Away
