Les Varendes High School

It’s a very busy summer — and one of our The States of Guernsey school holiday projects is coming together nicely.

This scheme involves the full refurbishment of a toilet block that was long overdue for an upgrade.

With Breton Construction as main contractor, the works have progressed smoothly and are currently on track to finish ahead of schedule.

Les Mouissaons

A new project now on site with RG Phillips as Main Contractor, involving full window and door replacement along with a range of internal alterations.

Works include internal structural changes, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and general internal refurbishment throughout.

We’re acting as Contract Administrator, with architectural drawings prepared by Arch+

Strip-out is well underway and progressing smoothly.
