Skills
Should have a banking experience (It is preferable to have Middle East banking experience).

VAM Systems is currently looking for Oracle BRM Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Qualification & Experience

·4 - 8 years of experience in BRM implementation for telecom domain.
·Required Good exposure and understanding of BRM product areas, working knowledge of PDC is required.
·Experience in at least three of the following BRM product areas – Subscription management, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & AR, Collections, Third party integration
·Pipeline Architecture, Pipeline FCT and DAT modules Good Understanding of Pipeline areas like Grammar file, iScript, IRule.
·Writing iScript & iRule Discounting (Bill Time Discount, Discount Sharing / Charge Sharing)
·Complete knowledge of BRM 4 tier architecture and modules.
·Good in C Programming, SQL, Stored Procedures/Functions/Packages, Scripting skills preferred Perl
·Knowledge of other Oracle Communication Stack products
·Creating Low level design for BRM modules
·Experience in ECE is added advantage.

·The role of resource will be OBRM code developer. The candidate will be responsible for Coding, Scripting, Product and Plan configuration, Report Generation, KPI development, testing and bug fixing. He should be able to write technical documents and should be able to design component level coding and PL/SQL queries specially in Oracle stacks. He should be able to work under pressure and different environment.

VAM Systems is currently looking for Senior GIS Solution Architect for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skills
15+ years of proven experience in ESRI ArcGIS Products(ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Server/Geodatabase/Geoprocessing Tools…etc)
Proven Experience in ArcGIS Products deployment, architecture, trouble shooting and fine tuning.
15+ years of proven experience in Application Development using ArcGIS Products(ArcGIS Javascript APIs/ArcGIS Desktop Customization)
10+ Years of proven experience in Systems and Solutions Architecture.
Experience in application development related IT fields(Network protocols/operating systems/databases/troubleshooting)
15+ years of proven experience in .Net development(ASP.Net/VB.Net/C #) with clear understanding of web development techniques, Webservices, Microservices, best practices, performance optimization, UI/UX.
Good Management Skills

Excellent communication skills(Arabic and English).
Experience in Governmental Sector is a Plus.
Have a good level of experience in office products such as WinWord, excel, MS access, PowerPoint..etc
Can easily liaise with external entities.
Python Experience is a plus.
Supervises and manages the functions of the Geographic Information System Group.
Set the mission and objectives of the GIS Group
Study the GIS requirements in Ministry and its stakeholder
Coordinate with municipalities and other ministries regarding the spatial data consolidation and sharing
Share the knowledge and coordinate with other sections to improve the municipal applications
Coordinate with GIS and CAD vendors / suppliers to procure appropriate software and manage the maintenance of these software.
Prepare plan to develop the GIS applications and Track and Monitor the GIS application implementation
Track and Monitor the GIS application implementation
Guide the GIS team to achieve the objectives and motivate the GIS staff
Evaluate the GIS staff performance and prepare the reports about the section performance
Develops standards for GIS deployment and use within the ministry.
Identify the methods to increase the awareness about municipal GIS among municipal staffs and public
Involve with other ministries and organization to study the national level GIS projects
Reviews and approves implementation plans for new systems and upgrades to existing GIS systems.
Reviews all requests from users both inside and outside of ministry for new GIS applications or changes to existing applications.
