მისი ფორმა აერთიანებს ლაკონურ ლაინებსა და მოდერნისტულ კუთხეებს, რომლებიც ერთდროულად ქმნიან სიმკაცრეს და სითბოს.
ფასადის მასალების შერჩევა — თბილი ხე და ცივი ბეტონის ტექსტურა — ასახავს ადგილობრივი გარემოს ბუნებრივ კონტრასტს.
შენობის სტრუქტურა – ორი მოცულობის დაყოფილი სხეული – პირველივე შთაბეჭდილებიდან გვაცნობს ცალკეულ სივრცეებს, რომლებიც ავლენენ სტუმრების ინდივიდუალურ საჭიროებებს, მაგრამ ერთიანდებიან საერთო ეზოსა და ცენტრალურ ვერტიკალურ ღერძში.
ვიტრაჟული გამჭვირვალობა აკავშირებს შინაგან და გარე სივრცეს — შიგნიდან იშლება ხეობის ხედები, გარედან კი შენობა ჰარმონიულად ერწყმის ბუნებრივ ლანდშაფტს.

This building was conceived as a dialogue between nature and geometry.
Its form merges clean, minimal lines with modernist angles, balancing rigidity and warmth.
The choice of facade materials — warm wood and cool concrete textures — reflects the natural contrast of the local environment.
The structure is divided into two distinct volumes, which from the first glance reveal individual zones, tailored to guests' needs — yet unified through a shared courtyard and a central vertical axis.

The transparency of the glazing connects the interior and exterior worlds —
offering valley views from inside, while the building itself blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape from outside
