When a user enters your website, browser of their choice automatically sends a request to the server that hosts your website 🚠. The server responds with data, and so on. The same thing happens when the user enters their data into a form or otherwise interacts with a web project. 🖇️

So, SSL is a technology for encrypting said data from hackers. 🏴‍☠️
