ბელგიაში, 65,000 კვ.მ ფართობის მრავალფუნქციურ კომპლექსზე მუშაობისას ჩვენი მთავარი ამოცანა, ისეთი მინიმალისტური და მდგრადი არქიტექტურული კონცეფციის ფორმირება იყო, რომელიც სრულ თანხვედრაში იქნებოდა ინვესტორის სტრატეგიულ ხედვასთან და ამავე დროს შექმნიდა გრძელვადიან ურბანულ და ეკონომიკურ ღირებულებას.

გენერალური გეგმის და კონცეფციის ფაზაში, ფუნქციურ ზონირებაზე დაფუძნებით, დავამუშავეთ ურბანული სტრუქტურა, რომელიც გააერთიანებდა საცხოვრებელ, სასტუმრო და კომერციულ ფუნქციებს, ეკო-მეგობრულ და ენერგოეფექტურ სამშენებლო მიდგომებს, კონკურენტუნარიან, ეკონომიკურად მიმზიდველ კომპლექსს.

or a 65,000 sq.m mixed-use development in Belgium, our main objective was to create a minimal and sustainable architectural concept that aligned with the investor’s strategic vision and contributed to long-term urban and economic value.

Throughout the master planning and concept design stages, and guided by a clearly defined functional zoning strategy, we developed an integrated urban framework that connects residential, hotel, and commercial functions within one cohesive spatial structure. The project is based on eco-conscious and energy-efficient construction principles, making it both competitive and economically attractive.

By combining strategic planning with spatial optimization, we shaped a feasible, financially viable, and investment-ready complex that responds to market needs and reflects contemporary standards of urban development.

When a global brand redefines its retail experience, every detail has to work with the same precision as the brand itself.

Samsung Cheil Iran was one of Canaform’s important international retail projects, created as part of Samsung’s renewed brand shop concept in the region.

Our team was involved in design management, IFC drawings, detailed interior solutions, full joinery documentation, and construction site supervision. The project required close coordination with the South Korean team to adapt Samsung’s global standards to a real commercial space, from smart tables and display systems to sensitive interior details.

For Canaform, this project represents more than retail design. It is a strong example of international collaboration, technical precision, and turning a global brand vision into a fully executed customer experience.

What makes Sky Towers especially significant is not only its scale, but the complexity behind its planning. The relationship between the towers, the bridge connection between Tower A and Tower B, the integration of the hotel with the central commercial areas, and the operational logic of the entire complex required precise coordination and thoughtful design solutions.

Art is when classical approaches are integrated into innovation.

A perfect example of this is the residential complex built in Argentina, whose concept combines structural solidity, visual appeal, and efficient utilization of the site.

During the concept development phase, we selected a combination of two primary materials - exposed concrete as a modern solution, and wood, one of the oldest materials in architecture. Despite city hall regulations, we managed to optimize the interior spaces while keeping them proportional to the saleable area.

In addition to conceptual design, we also oversaw the construction process.

What we draw is what gets built

Stone façade cladding is not merely a visual solution, it is a technically driven system that requires precision at every level of detailing.

During the development of the IFC package, every node, connection detail, and layer is carefully resolved to ensure the cladding system integrates correctly with the primary structure and leaves no room for interpretation during ex*****on.

This approach results in a comprehensive technical documentation set that guarantees accurate façade realization, minimizes the risk of errors, and streamlines the construction process.
