Looking for Office Administrator & Personal assistant

Part of an international group of companies - Credit Expert LLC is looking for a full-time Office Administrator and Personal Assistant;

Part office and part outside office work;

Very good team interaction and communication skills including – with senior corporate management;

Experience in business relations with clients and/or the public authorities on top management level;

Experience in arranging meetings and conducting presentations;

Legal and marketing work background or education – will be considered as benefice;

Good oral and written Georgian and English language skills; Russian – will be considered as benefice;

Previous work experience with corporate management will be considered as benefice;

Advanced problem-solving skills;

Pedantic with work duties, timing & paperwork;

Perfect knowledge of office computer programs;

High education.
