tokenization doesn’t fix a bad asset.
No structure, no technology, no distribution can compensate for weak fundamentals.
The company itself has to be investable first.

From a broker’s lens, quality of the issuer remains the foundation - everything else comes after.

Tokenization may change access and efficiency, but it doesn’t replace trust built on real performance.
