For this project, we:
✅ Expertly tied the new roof into the existing roofline.
✅ Installed new breathable felt, battens, and matching roof tiles for a seamless finish.

🌞 Despite working through last week’s heatwave, our team completed the entire roof safely and to a high standard in just 3 days. It wasn’t easy, but with plenty of water and teamwork, we got the job done!

🏡 Another busy week for Pritchard’s Roofing & the Team! 🏡

This week we were down in Neston completing a comprehensive roofing project for a customer who is also a joiner.

The work included:

✅ Installation of a new EPDM rubber flat roof on a garage
✅ Full strip and re-tile of a bungalow roof
✅ New roofing felt and battens fitted
✅ New ridge tiles installed
✅ Leadwork completed to the chimney stack
✅ Installation of 2 Velux roof windows
✅ EPDM rubber roofing fitted to a newly built flat roof extension, including the window opening

To help keep costs as low as possible, the customer supplied all materials, and we completed the project on a pre-agreed labour-only basis.

Another successful roofing project completed and, most importantly, another satisfied customer! 👌
