Come and learn how to lift weights safely & correctly using free weights alongside resistance machines and making ‘working out’ supportive & fun aswell as being pushed to your limits to help you reach your goals 💪🏽

All classes are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 09:30am-10:30am
