6 Week Beginners MMA Course – Starting June 8th

If you’ve ever wanted to step into MMA but didn’t know where to start, this is built exactly for that.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll be taken through 12 structured sessions designed to develop your fundamentals in a controlled, progressive environment. No experience needed – just consistency and willingness to learn.

Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday – 7:30pm
Duration: 6 Weeks
Start Date: June 8th

You’ll cover core striking, grappling basics, movement, and conditioning, all delivered by professional coaches who focus on correct technique, safety, and steady progression.

This isn’t about throwing you in at the deep end. It’s about building confidence, capability, and fitness step by step – with clear coaching and structured development each session.
