Boxing at FightLab and CrossFit at XLAB available on separate memberships when you're ready for them. But the main gym alone is more than most people ever need.

FITLab is a commercial gym. But it is also a boxing gym, a CrossFit box, a HYROX training space, and a place where a seven-year-old can be in a junior class upstairs while their parent is on the floor below.
