I always end up making cocktails with pineapple w**d! 🍸 I think it’s because that pineapple w**d jelly sweet smell gets me all giddy and excited and then I need a drink 🤣

Oh I also tried to make pineapple w**d jelly sweets but they just were a bit blah! They just didn’t live up to the smell somehow? But, pineapple w**d soaked in booze is always amazing! 🤌

Pop a few handfuls of pineapple w**d into a jar, cover it with tequila (or gin, or vodka), leave it for 5-7 days, and POW! You have distilled that amazing smell into a jar and you’re ready to make cocktails!

I know my beautiful friend Roo loves a paloma so that’s what I went for and they were SO DELICIOUS! Tangy and refreshing and so fragrant with pineapple w**d smell! 😍

Just combine:
6oz pineapple w**d tequila
6oz grapefruit juice
Sparkling water

And decorate with some pineapple w**d! (Or lemon balm when you run out of pineapple w**d as I did in this video 😅)
