Today we celebrate women everywhere — and especially the one incredible young woman who represents our entire female presence in the company. (Yes… all of it. She’s basically our CEO of Women.)

Being the only woman in the room isn’t always easy, but she still puts up with our jokes and gets things done. Her drive pushes us forward and reminds us how important representation truly is.
