Left over Turkey? Turn it to a yummy Thai meal so easy 😊

1. Cut up left over Turkey
2. Crushed garlic and chilli
3. Soy sauce
4. Fish sauce
5. Oyster sauce
6. Sugar
7. Basil leaves
8. Fine bean or any vegs you prefer.
to cook
1. Heat some cooking oil in a wok or big saucepan (medium heat) once it's hot add garlic and chilli stir till garlic turn light brown then add vegs and Turkey.
2. Seasoning with 2 table spoons of the 3 sauce each and 1 table spoon (not heap) of sugar add a bit of water or stock, mix well together.
3 once vegs are cook, taste your food and adjust taste as you like then add Basil, stir well together and ready to serve 😉
