🚀 Speak to those who have made a change. Learning from the experiences of others can help you to feel more confident in your decision. Talking to colleagues, friends and family who have gone through the process can help you to identify what you might gain from a career change.

🔍 Research other industries or roles. Taking the time to research alternative roles and industries can help you to identify what is out there and if a career change is the most suitable option.
