HGV / Class 1 / C+E Driver - HIAB Crane Operator
An opportunity has arisen for a HGV / Class 1 / C+E Driver - HIAB Crane Operator to join a container and cabin hire and sales business based near Kempsey, Worcester. In return we can offer you a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, an annual performance based bonus, ALLMI crane and H&S Training. You will be given a vehicle that will not be used by other drivers unless you are on holiday.
Worcester Container Hire is a small family run business that supplies containers and cabins in the Midlands and across the UK.
The HGV / Class 1 / C+E Driver - HIAB Crane Operator will deliver cabins, containers and crane hire work both locally and nationwide for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: -
• Operating a 50t/m lorry mounted crane (training will be provided)
• Working at height using ladders and a harness
• Nights out are not normally required
• Some weekend work/Overtime available
• Driving a flatbed rigid crane lorry with trailer
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
• HGV Class 1 driving licence is required
• Experience of lorry mounted cranes (HIAB’s) with ALLMI Card preferred.
• Full driver CPC card
• Self- motivated, customer focused, friendly and be able to use own initiative
• Must be physically fit for this type of work
