🛻 Reminder that you can donate to our Clothing Project any time using our donations bin! 🛻

Our out‑of‑hours donations bin is always available, making it easy to drop off items whenever it suits you, whether that’s before the school run, after work, or anywhere in between.

👋 If you’d prefer to visit in person, our Clothing Project is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am - 12pm.

With the weather being so unpredictable at the moment, we’re especially in need of seasonal items to help people stay comfortable, such as:
🧢 Caps
🧥 Rain macs
👕 Light, layerable clothing

If you’re able to donate, we’d be incredibly grateful... Every item helps! 💚

💚 Volunteers’ Week might be over, but the impact of volunteering lasts all year round 💚

If last week inspired you to get involved in supporting a local cause, we might have just the opportunity for you…

🍝 We’re looking for individuals, groups or organisations to help serve Thursday lunches at our Worcester Day Centre, while our amazing chefs from take a well-earned break over the summer.

Last year, this initiative was a real highlight and brought so many amazing members of the community through our doors (including these these lovely people) ⭐

While preparing a meal might seem like a simple act, it can make a huge difference. It’s not just about food, but about creating moments of care, connection and community.

If you or your team would like to get involved, we’d love to hear from you! Please email our Worcester Day Centre team at [email protected] 📧

Together, we can keep this vital support going all summer long 💚

⭐ As part of Volunteers’ Week, we want to take a moment to recognise and celebrate an often unseen group in our community... our trustees ⭐

It’s easy to forget that trustees are volunteers.

Behind every charity are people who quietly give their time and expertise to help guide and support the organisation, often alongside their own everyday commitments.

📈 While their work isn’t always visible, it’s absolutely vital. From shaping direction to providing guidance and oversight, trustees play a key role in helping charities like Maggs continue to grow and support the people who rely on us.

So when we say thank you, we really mean it.

To everyone who has served as a trustee (past and present) thank you for your time, your commitment, and everything you’ve helped make possible 💚
