Values aren’t just ideas - they’re practical tools.

My experience of a toxic workplace led me to retrain as a coach and develop my Values in PracticeĀ® system - a structured process that helps leaders and teams uncover, define, and embed their values in everyday decision-making.

Here’s how my approach is different:

It’s story-based (thanks to my 25 years developing screenplays). Core values aren’t chosen from a list - they’re discovered through reflection on the best and worst moments in your life.

It’s layered. We explore the difference between core, personal, and social values - and how they interact under pressure.

It’s practical. Once you know your values, we embed them into your leadership style through regular reflection, emotional check-ins, and values-based planning.

It’s compassionate and honest.

Because values work isn’t fluffy - it’s about facing what really matters, even when it’s messy and you're in the middle of it.
